Over the last 6 years, Wellness Springs has been an evolving  dream. Things are a thought before they are a thing. This business is a labor of love. I have wanted to do this ever since I can remember. The cataylst was having some health problems of my own after not taking the proper steps in terms of prevention.  I have lost almost 80 pounds and I am going lower. I know this story personally. I know all the obstacles, frustrations, problems that go with personal change. I have a great deal of passion about this area of life.

     The process of providing inspiration is a personal qwest for me as a person. I desire to pass on what I have learned both professionally and personally. I have been inspired by others and I dearly want to share that passion with those that I meet.
