There are a number of different ways to engage this system, depending on what the needs of your organization are at the moment. The basic premiese is to provide an experience that is educational, supportive, nurturing, and inspiring.

       Most employee\'s when they go to work are worried about compling with whatever expecations have been set for them. In this instance, they are setting their own set of expectations and can move along at the pace that seems appropriate for them.

       This is a long term process. Change comes slowly in most cases. It is my fundamental belief that when presented with the facts about ignoring helath issues, and given alternatives, education, support; they will choose to move toward a  healthier path. If the movement is one, single step, that is progress. The point is to internalize the process; make it their own.
